The phrase 'Hot Rod' has no strict definition although the main aims of 'Hot Rodding' are to make your car bigger, faster, lower and all together more obvious. There are no guidelines or rules on how to build a Hot Rod. Improvements and customization come in a variety of guises, from an exotic paint job on a seriously reworked bodyshell to a complete chassis and engine overhaul.
